  • Appointments are to be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. 
  • If you are ill, please reschedule your appointment. If you arrive sick, you will be asked to leave, and your appointment will be rescheduled.
  • If you are 10 or more minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled, or your services may be adjusted for the remaining time.  
  • Anyone with 2 no shows or 3+ less than 24 hour cancellations, you forfeit your ability to book future services. You can still be seen as a walk-in client in. 
  • For parties of 5+, a 25% deposit is required and 18% service charge will be added to the final bill. In event of no show or cancellation less than 24 hrs before appointment, 25% deposit is non refundable.
  • For your satisfaction, comfort, and safety, we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion whenever necessary.
  • We will not assume responsibility for any adverse reactions to any rendered services when a client has failed to inform of contraindications. 
  • We are a one-on-one nail salon. Space is at a premium, so please no extra guests, including children not receiving services. 
  • Repairs will be accommodated within reasons. If you have any issues with your services, you must contact us within 72 hours of your appointment.
  • No refunds will be given in lieu of repairs.
  • No personal checks or cash apps accepted.
  • Gift cards are available for purchase in person. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, and are valid for 1 years from purchase date.
